2. If you are not satisfied with resolutions of your complaint, Please Escalate it further, To our Grievance Officer (Nodal Officer) with all complaint details which you file on First Stage.
3. Even after the Nodal Officer's outcome you are not satisfied then Respective Registries and Govt authorities are there to escalate the issue further, we will provide with all the details you require to escalate it further.

Please note that if your complaints are regarding .IN Domains KYC issues then before filing complaint you may confirm the mandatory KYC requirement from the .IN Registry Website
